How to Participate?

1. To participate, customers must log in to ZALORA App/Website and visit the campaign page: .

2. Customers must shop from Dyson and/or & Other Stories during the Campaign Period with the following criterias:

   1. Any purchase from Dyson will stand a chance to win an & Other Stories gift voucher worth RM200.

   2. A minimum spend of RM350 at & Other Stories will stand a chance to win a Dyson gift voucher worth RM500.

3. Every Eligible Purchase will stand a chance to win a prize.

4. The winners will be contacted via email within thirty (30) business days after the Campaign Period.

Terms & Conditions: 

1. The Dyson x &Other Stories campaign will commence for ZALORA VIP customers on 6 October 2025 at 6:00 PM and will be available to all customers from 8 October 2025 at 12:00 AM. The campaign will conclude on 13 October 2025 at 11.00 AM (the "Campaign Period").

2. Participants must be 18 years old and above in order to participate and be eligible for the prize.

3. All employees of ZALORA, their affiliates and partners including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this game.

4. Participants are required to meet the purchase requirement set during the Campaign Period in order to be qualified (“Eligible Purchases”). Orders which have been fully returned will not be considered for winner selection.

5. Each Eligible Purchase earns one entry to stand a chance to win. A participant may accumulate multiple entries throughout the Campaign Period, based on the number of Eligible Purchases made.

6. There are a total of 2 winners, and will be randomly selected from the pool of qualified participants through an automated selection system.

7. The shortlisted participants will then be contacted via email by ZALORA team for identity verification to be qualified to win the prizes and the shortlisted participants will need to respond to a question within 3 business days from the date of the initial communication to respond. The shortlisted participants will receive a further 1 reminder within the 3 business days. If the shortlisted participant fails to respond within 3 business days from the date of the initial communication, ZALORA will send another email forfeiting the prize.

8. Failure to answer the question will result in the prizes not being granted, and other possible participants will be contacted. The process will be repeated until an eligible winner has been identified. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the selection of winners) shall be final and binding. No enquiries on winners’ selection will be entertained.

9. The winners will receive an email notification with the prize details and redemption instruction within 7 business days from the date of the initial email.

10. Personal data will be collected, processed and stored for the purpose of the contest. Please refer to the ZALORA Privacy Policy for more information.

11. All information published and related to the contest (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software, and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark.

12. ZALORA reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the contest without prior notice.

13. ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the contest.

14. Colour, make and model of the prizes are determined by ZALORA based on availability. Should the item be discontinued or is no longer available, a replacement will be determined at the sole discretion of ZALORA.

15. Prizes are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchangeable for cash, credit or in-kind and non-combinable with any other offers, promotions, or discount. Unless otherwise, the winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred in relation to the acceptance of the prize.

16. If prizes are forfeited or expire due to the participant's actions or inactions, no compensation will be provided.

17. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the contest (including the selection of winners) will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained.

18. ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.

19. In the event of inconsistency between the General T&C and the terms and conditions herein, the latter shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency in relation to this Contest.
