Maybank EzyPay - Pay By Instalment

Are you a Maybank Credit Cardholder? If so, you can now enjoy 0% interest with Maybank EzyPay instalment plans when you purchase with us. Maybank EzyPay is available in 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month payment plans depending on the final paid price of your order.

1. How does Maybank EzyPay work?

Upon approval of the request, the full amount will be blocked in your card. Maybank will debit your card with the instalment, payable on a monthly basis for the duration which you have chosen.

2. What are the instalment options available for Maybank EzyPay?

A Maybank Credit Cardholder is only eligible for Maybank EzyPay if the total paid price (remaining price after all discounts, promotions, cashback, and store credit) is a minimum of RM200.

3. If I pay using my Maybank Credit Card, will I automatically be entitled to Maybank EzyPay instalment plan?

No, kindly select Maybank EzyPay at the checkout page. If you opt to charge your credit card as per the normal way, the standard interest rate will be applied. In the long run, you end up paying more. Save more on your purchases by choosing Maybank EzyPay at 0% instalment!

4. Why is Maybank EzyPay not available on checkout? The items I bought are above RM 200 but the option is not available.

You will only be eligible for Maybank EzyPay if the total price (after all discounts and promotions including store credit) is above RM 200. Maybank EzyPay cannot be used as a payment method for orders exceeding RM 10,000.

5. Can I return my order if I choose to pay using Maybank EzyPay?

Yes, you may - provided that the item you purchased is returnable/exchangeable and adheres to our return policy.

6. How will I be refunded if I choose Maybank EzyPay?

Your paid amount will only be refunded back to your Maybank credit card. Other refund methods will not be eligible for this payment method.


Kindly allow 7 - 9 working days for your refund to be credited back to your Maybank credit card, once the returned item has been processed and refunded by ZALORA.


For full refunds (all items have been returned for a refund): Please note that the installment should not continue to reflect on a monthly basis in your credit card statement after the full amount has been refunded to you. Should you encounter any issues, kindly contact Maybank.


For partial refunds (only some items have been returned for a refund): Please note that the installment will continue to reflect on a monthly basis in your credit card statement until the installment tenure is up even after the required amount has been refunded to you.
