1. What are the delivery options available for my order?
We offer several delivery options, including standard delivery, express delivery, and same-day delivery, depending on your location and order. You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout to check the applicable shipment option.
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
As items may be sourced from different places, Sellers and shipment type, the delivery times may vary. While shopping on both the ZALORA app and desktop, look out for the delivery lead time on the product description page under "Deliver to".
You can input your shipping address postcode in any product description page to view the delivery time frame to your area.
If you have already placed your order but are unsure of how to check the delivery promise, you can check on the:
- Delivery lead time on the order confirmation or order shipped e-mail we have sent you instead
- The date shown under "Orders" (then click on the item) in your ZALORA account only on the ZALORA app and only once the item is shipped.
3. Can I track the status of my order after placing it?
Yes - You are able to see the order status on the can track your order status on each of your items by going to Account > Order and click the preferable item.
Once your items have been shipped by the courier, you will be able to see the track button on the top right of each product.
4. What should I do if I don't receive my order within the estimated delivery time?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our friendly Customer Service team. They can assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues related to the delivery.
5. How can I check if my order qualifies for free shipping?
You should refer to your shopping bag to see if free shipping is applicable to your items. The final shipping fees (if any) will be calculated for you at checkout.
6. Is there a delivery charge for my order?
Delivery charges depend on your order total and the delivery method selected. You will be able to see the exact delivery charge at checkout before confirming your order. Do lookout on our promotional campaign for a free shipping fee discount!
7. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, you cannot change the delivery address. However, you are able to amend your delivery details at the checkout page under delivery address details to change or add a new address before you make your purchase.
8. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an “Order shipped” email stating your delivery information such as tracking number and order details.
You can also check your order status by going to Account > Order.
9. Can I choose a specific time for my delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an option to choose a specific delivery time. However, you can select express or same-day delivery if available, which can expedite the delivery process.
All deliveries exclude delivery on weekends and public holidays. Orders will only be delivered on working days.
10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you are not able to modify the order details as the order has already been handed over to the courier for the shipment process. We encourage you to check upon placing an order to avoid any cancellation.
11. Why are some items not deliverable to East Malaysia via airplane?
Delivery of certain items to East Malaysia has been restricted because they are classified as "dangerous goods" by the government for most e-commerce platforms. This classification limits air transport of such items.
12. What should I do if I cannot place an order due to these deliverable item to East Malaysia restrictions?
If your cart contains restricted items, you are advised to remove those items and proceed with checkout. All other items not listed as dangerous goods will still be shipped normally to East Malaysia.
13. What are the classifications of dangerous goods?
The following are classified as dangerous goods:
- Explosives (e.g., aerosols)
- Flammable solids (e.g., sulphur powder)
- Corrosive materials (e.g., acid)
- Flammable gases (e.g., hairspray)
- Oxidising materials (e.g., fertiliser)
- Flammable liquids (e.g., perfume)
- Radioactive items (e.g., smoke detectors)
- Toxic/Infectious materials (e.g., bleach)
- Miscellaneous items (e.g., lithium-ion batteries)
14. What product categories on ZALORA are affected by this restriction?
Affected product categories include:
- Disinfectants
- Fragrances
- Alcohol
- Alcohol-containing products
- Wheeled luggage
15. Are there any delivery restrictions for ZALORA orders in Malaysia and Brunei?
Yes. ZALORA does not deliver to Free Trade Zones and P.O. Box addresses in both Malaysia and Brunei. Additionally, deliveries to army base camps and university or college campuses can only be made to the administration office or their mailing room.
16. Shipments to Brunei
To provide you the most value for your purchase, we keep our international shipping and handling fees to a minimum. However, items that are shipped overseas and above a set amount may incur non-refundable international handling fee.
A few things to note:
- International handling fee is only charged to items "SOLD BY ZALORA" and "SOLD BY SELLER" that shipped from overseas.
- Only orders above RM 5000 (BND 1440) will be charged 2% tax from the total amount.
- The international handling fee will be charged proportionally to the unit price by the system.
- If your order has both items from International Third-Party Seller and ZALORA Overseas, the fees will be divided per separate shipments.
