For Malaysian Customers:

Operating hours may be affected during the Movement Control Order. PosLaju branches will be open only until 3 PM from Mondays - Fridays to accept your return parcels.

Please note that if you do not select a refund method when submitting your return request, you will automatically receive your refund as Store Credit.
