These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) govern the Best Price Guaranteed campaign (the “Campaign”) offered by ZALORA and applies to products eligible for the Campaign available for sale on the ZALORA Platform.


The T&Cs herein shall be read in conjunction with ZALORA’s Terms of Use for the purchase of products from ZALORA here, ZALORA’s Privacy Policy which can be found here, the Campaign FAQs below, terms and conditions governing the use of cashback here, and all other relevant terms and conditions which can be found on www.zalora.com.my, unless otherwise specified. 


ZALORA reserves the right to amend these T&Cs from time to time (including terminating the Campaign) at any time without prior notice. All amendments to these T&Cs will be effective immediately. 


For the avoidance of doubt, capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the same meaning as given to such terms in the Terms of Use.   


Please refer to the Campaign FAQs below for more information on the Campaign. 

  1. Eligible Products
    Products tagged with a “Best Price” label will be eligible for the Campaign (the “Eligible Products”).

  2. Price Comparison
    1. The price comparison will be based on (a) the price paid by the Customer for one (1) unit of Eligible Product on the ZALORA Platform (the “Customer Paid Price”); and (b) against the listing price (as indicated on the product page) (the “Compared Listing Price”) of one (1) unit of the same product of the same brand, model, size, description/specification, color (the “Compared Product”) listed for sale by an eligible seller on the eligible comparison platforms in the same territory (the “Eligible Seller”). For a list of Eligible Sellers, please refer to the Campaign FAQs below. 
    2. The Customer Paid Price shall be the price paid by the Customer for the Eligible Product on the ZALORA Platform, and shall include any special promotions, vouchers, credit card promotions, discounts offered by payment partners or payment method, or any other fees or promotions that may be applied (collectively, the “Promotional Vouchers”). For the avoidance of doubt, the usage of any of the Promotional Vouchers shall be subject to any terms and conditions applicable to the usage of such Promotional Voucher.
    3. The Customer Paid Price shall exclude (i) any shipping-related charges paid by the Customer; and (ii) any additional service(s) which ZALORA may provide from time to time and for which the Customer has opted to pay for. 
    4. The Compared Price shall be the price as displayed for the Compared Product sold by Eligible Sellers, including any markdowns indicated. The Compared Price shall exclude (a) any mark downs as a result of any flash deals or flash sales (or any other similar limited-time offers which eligible comparison platforms may offer from time to time); (b) special promotions, vouchers, applicable cashback, credit card promotions, discounts offered by payment partners or payment method, discounts (whether by way of accumulated coins or otherwise) that the Customer may use to offset the price of the Compared Product;and (c) any shipping-related charges paid by the Customer. 
    5. If ZALORA, in its sole and absolute discretion, is of the view that (a) the Compared Product is counterfeit, preloved, used, not part of the eligible categories as stated in the Campaign FAQ below, not sold by an Eligible Seller or otherwise not in compliance with the T&Cs set out here; (b) the Customer Paid Price is a result of an error in pricing of the Eligible Product on the ZALORA Platform; and/or(b) the Compared Price is a result of an error in pricing (whether by the Eligible Seller or the eligible comparison platform), ZALORA may disqualify such Compared Product from the Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, any submissions made as part of the Campaign in relation to disqualified Compared Products will not be considered by ZALORA.
  3. The Campaign 
    1. The Campaign is applicable where a Customer has purchased an Eligible Product on the ZALORA Platform at the Customer Paid  Price, but subsequently finds a Compared Product sold by an Eligible Seller with a Comparison Price which is lower than the Customer Paid Price. In such event, ZALORA will reimburse the Customer (in the form of ZALORA cashback), subject to the following terms and conditions:
      1. the price comparison between the Customer Paid Price of the Eligible Product and the Compared Listing Price of the Compared Product shall be subject to the terms set out in Clause 2 above; 
      2. the Customer has complied with the process as set out in Clause 4 below; and
      3. the exclusions as set out in this T&Cs and the Campaign FAQs do not apply. 
  4. Best Price Guaranteed Claims Process
    1. Upon finding a Compared Product sold by an Eligible Seller with a Compared Price lower than the Customer Paid Price of an Eligible Product which the Customer has purchased, the Customer may fill out the form (as provided in the Campaign FAQ below) (the “Price Check Form”) and provide all of the following details and/or information:
      1. Email account registered with ZALORA;
      2. ZALORA Order number;
      3. ZALORA Product URL;
      4. Name of comparison platform; 
      5. Compared Product URL;
      6. A screenshot of the ZALORA product page, with the following information:
        • Price;
        • SKU;
        • Product Availability; and
        • Clear indication of time and date
      7. A screenshot of the Compared Product product page, with all of the following information:
        • Price;
        • Brand/Seller Name;
        • Product Availability; and
        • Clear indication of time and date; and
      8. Price difference between Eligible Product and Compared Product.
         (above, the “Claims Process”)

        Please refer to the Campaign FAQs below for the timelines to note when submitting the Price Check Form. Price Check Forms submitted after the specified timelines will not be entertained and will lead to automatic rejection.
    2. Upon submission of the Price Check Form, ZALORA will review and verify the submitted details. If the Claims Process complies with these T&Cs (including the Campaign FAQs), ZALORA will notify the Customer and ZALORA cashback will be credited into the Customer’s account within 45 days from the date the relevant order containing the Eligible Product is successfully delivered and received by the Customer. The cashback shall be calculated at either (i) 120% of the price difference between the Customer Paid Price and the Compared Price; or (ii) MYR 500 (or such other amount as determined by ZALORA from time to time), whichever is the lower (the “Cashback”). 
    3. Upon submission of a Price Check Form, a Customer shall not be permitted to submit another Price Check Form (whether for a similar or different Eligible Product) for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of submitting the first Price Check Form. 
    4. ZALORA may, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any point during the Claims Process, request the Customer to furnish additional information or documentation to substantiate the information provided in the Price Check Form. In the event the Customer does not furnish the requested information and/or documentation within the time period specified by ZALORA, the Customer shall automatically be disqualified from participating in the Campaign.
    5. If at any point during the Claims Process (including after submission of a Price Check Form), the Customer requests for a refund, return or cancellation of the Eligible Product (which shall be in accordance with ZALORA’s Returns and Refunds Policy), the Customer shall automatically be disqualified from participating in the Campaign. 
    6. In the event a Customer has successfully received Cashback under the Campaign, the Customer shall not be allowed to return or refund the Eligible Product.
    7. Usage of the Cashback shall be in accordance with ZALORA’s Terms of Use here and cashback terms and conditions here. Such usage shall also be subject to any restrictions, including but not limited, to any validity period or exclusions imposed (whether or not indicated in the notification email stated in Clause 4.2 above). The Cashback shall be non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
    8. By participating in the Campaign, the Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, current and truthful information as required by ZALORA. The Customer agrees that if the Customer provides information that is intentionally or wilfully inaccurate, incomplete, not current, untruthful, in bad faith, or fraudulent in any way, or ZALORA has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, not current, untruthful, fraudulent or that the Customer acted in bad faith in any way,  ZALORA has the right to disqualify the Customer from the Campaign at any point during the Campaign. In the event such disqualification occurs after the Customer has received the Cashback, ZALORA reserves the right to recover such Cashback awarded and take any other action ZALORA deems necessary.
    9. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to verification of the Price Check Form submitted by a Customer) shall be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries or challenges will be entertained. Customers hereby consent that they will not take any action against ZALORA or its affiliates concerning the Campaign. 
  5. General Terms
    1. All employees of ZALORA are prohibited from participating in the Campaign. 
    2. The Campaign shall be limited to the first MYR 5,000 (in Cashback) disbursed to successful Customers. 
    3. The Governing Law clause as set out in ZALORA’s Terms of Use shall be incorporated by reference.
