Fred Perry x ZVIP Pickleball Event Campaign

Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Organiser and Period
  • Organiser: This "Fred Perry x ZVIP Pickleball Event Campaign" (“Campaign”) is organized by Fred Perry (the “Organiser”) in collaboration with ZALORA Malaysia (“ZALORA”). 

  • Campaign Period: The Campaign will run from 26th May 2025 to 5th June 2025 or until all 20 complimentary invitations to the Event (as defined below) have been claimed, whichever is earlier (“Campaign Period”). 

  • These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the participation in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility for Participation 
  • This Campaign is open exclusively to ZALORA VIP (“ZVIP”) customers of ZALORA. 

  • The Organiser and ZALORA reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Participants must be aged 18 years and above.

3. How to Participate
  • To participate, eligible ZVIP customers must make a purchase of any Fred Perry product (“Qualifying Purchase”). 

  • The Qualifying Purchase must be made on the ZALORA mobile app from the designated Fred Perry Tennis Collection page, during the Campaign Period. Only products within this specified Fred Perry Tennis Collection are eligible for a Qualifying Purchase.

  • The first twenty (20) ZVIP customers who successfully complete a Qualifying Purchase during the Campaign Period will be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary invitation to the Event.

4. Prize - Invitation to Fred Perry Pickleball Event
  • Prize: A complimentary invitation ("Invitation") to the Fred Perry Pickleball Event (“Event”). 

  • Quantity: The Invitation is strictly limited to the first twenty (20) eligible ZVIP customers who fulfill the participation mechanics on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Event Details: 14th June 2025, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Malaysia Time) 

  • Venue: Picklepark, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. 

  • Special Guests: Social influencers and pickleball players. 

  • The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event date, time, and venue. Participants who have confirmed their attendance will be notified of any such changes via email. 

  • The Invitation is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
  • The first twenty (20) eligible ZVIP customers who complete a Qualifying Purchase in accordance with Section 3 above will be deemed winners. Selection is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Winners will be contacted by ZALORA via the email address registered with their ZALORA account by 6th June 2025 at the latest. 

  • To confirm attendance, winners must reply to the Invitation email from ZALORA within three (3) calendar days of receiving the email. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the Invitation. 

  • If a winner fails to confirm attendance within the stipulated timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the Invitation will be forfeited. The Organiser and/or ZALORA may, at their sole discretion, offer the forfeited Invitation to the next eligible ZVIP customer in line who made a Qualifying Purchase. 

  • ZALORA and the Organiser are under no obligation to notify customers once all twenty (20) Invitations have been allocated. No further Invitations will be issued once the quota is reached.

6. Event Participation Requirements
  • All attendees who have received and confirmed an Invitation must wear the Fred Perry outfit (or item(s)) purchased as their Qualifying Purchase to the Event. 

  • Attendees must follow all instructions given by the Organiser, ZALORA, and/or venue staff at the Event.

  • The Organiser and ZALORA reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual from the Event whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant with these T&Cs or venue rules, without any liability.

7. Personal Data
  • By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the collection, processing, use, and storage of your personal data by ZALORA and the Organiser for purposes related to this Campaign (including but not limited to contacting winners and event management). 

  • For more information on how ZALORA handles personal data, please refer to ZALORA Malaysia’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.zalora.com.my/privacy-policy/.

8. Intellectual Property
  • All information, materials, and intellectual property related to the Campaign and the Event (including text, graphics, logos, trademarks) are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are the sole property of the Organiser (Fred Perry) and/or ZALORA, as the case may be.
9. General Conditions
  • The Organiser (Fred Perry) and ZALORA reserve the right to vary, modify, or amend these T&Cs, or to suspend, withdraw, or cancel the Campaign or the Event at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or safety concerns. 

  • Attendance and participation in the Event are at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and the security of your personal belongings at the Event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser and ZALORA shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property or person sustained by you at or in connection with the Event, unless caused directly by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Organiser or ZALORA. 

  • The Organiser’s and ZALORA’s decisions on all matters relating to this Campaign and the Event (including eligibility, interpretation of T&Cs, and allocation of Invitations) will be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained. 

  • By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.

  • These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  • These T&Cs shall be read in conjunction with ZALORA Malaysia’s general Terms and Conditions for the purchase of products, which can be found at https://www.zalora.com.my/terms-of-use/, and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between ZALORA’s general Terms and Conditions and these Campaign T&Cs, these Campaign T&Cs shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency in relation to this Campaign.


For any updates regarding the Campaign or the Event, winners and participants (where applicable) will be notified by ZALORA via the email address registered with their ZALORA account.
