How to Participate: 


  1. Each customer will receive a Surprise Cash Voucher in the form of cashback in ZALORA's wallet by 8 December 2023 (the “Surprise Cash Voucher”).

  2. To participate, customers must make a purchase with ZALORA cashback on ZALORA during the ZALORA 12.12 Sale from 9 December 2023, 12AM - 14 December 2023, 23:59 PM. ZVIP subscribers can start to make a purchase on 8 December, 12AM.

  3. With every RM20 cashback spent, customers will receive a RM20 cashback on 19th January 2024, with a maximum cap at RM40.

  4. The Surprise Cash Voucher is valid until 14 December 2023, 23:59 PM. Expired cash vouchers will not be reissued and cash vouchers are not eligible for withdrawal.


The following terms and conditions apply:


  1. ZALORA 12.12 Sale <Cashback Surprise> Campaign Period starts from 9 December 2023, 12AM - 14 December 2023, 23:59 PM (the “Campaign Period”). 
  2. All purchases made after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
  3. All information published and related to the contest (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software, and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of ZALORA.
  4. ZALORA reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the campaign without prior notice.
  5. ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the campaign.
  6. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained.
  7. ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.
  8. In the event of inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  9. The usage of the cashback shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out here. 
  10. The terms and conditions herein shall be read with Zalora’s Terms and Conditions for purchase of products from Zalora which can be found here: https://www.zalora.com.my/terms-of-use/ and Privacy Policy which can be found here: https://www.zalora.com.my/privacy-policy/ and all other relevant terms and conditions which can be found on www.zalora.com.my (collectively referred to as “General T&C”) unless otherwise specified. In the event of inconsistency between the General T&C and the terms and conditions herein, the latter shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency in relation to this Contest.
