How to Participate:

  1. To participate, buyers must place at least 1 order during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Purchases”).    

  2. There is no restriction on the number of purchases made within the Campaign Period. Customers may make multiple purchases to qualify.

Terms & Conditions: 

  1. ZALORA 11.11 Shop & Win runs from 12am, 8 November 2024 - 12am, 11:59 pm, 11 November 2022 (“Campaign Period”). 

  2. Each participant can only win once throughout the Campaign Period. 

  3. Participants must be 18 years old and above in order to participate and be eligible for the prize.

  4. All employees of ZALORA, their affiliates and partners including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Contest.

  5. These prizes are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Personal data will be collected, processed, stored and disclosed for the purpose of the Contest in accordance with the  ZALORA Privacy Policy.

  7. Winners of the contest also consent to cooperate and participate in any publicity activities that may be organized by ZALORA. 

  8. All purchases made after the Campaign Period will not be counted to the final tally.

  9. Winners will be chosen at ZALORA’s sole discretion and any decision made would be final.

  10.  All information published and related to the contest (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software, and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of ZALORA. 

  11. ZALORA reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the contest without prior notice. 

  12. ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the contest. 

  13. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained. 

  14. ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party. Customers hereby consent that they will not take any action against ZALORA or its affiliates concerning the Campaign and/or the Prize.

  15. In the event of inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 

  16. Customers who qualify for the ZVIP voucher reward would be sent a voucher code (the “ZVIP Voucher Code”) via email. 

  17. Customers have one (1) year to activate their ZVIP membership using the ZVIP Voucher Code. If the customer is an existing ZVIP member at the time of receiving the ZVIP Voucher Code, the customer may use the ZVIP Voucher Code to renew their ZVIP membership at the end of their existing ZVIP membership. Existing ZVIP customers will have to disable auto-renewal for ZVIP membership under their profile (My Account → My Memberships) before using the ZVIP Voucher Code.

  18. Customer’s subscription and usage of ZVIP shall be subject to the ZVIP terms and conditions here.

  19. All cashback will be injected into the customer’s account by 11:59 pm, 13 November 2024

  20. Cashback will be valid until 11:59 pm, 14 November 2024

  21. Cashback can only be used up to 10% of your cart value after any offers, discounts or promotional pricing (including but not limited to voucher codes). All other terms and conditions in relation to cashback located here shall similarly apply. 

  22. ZALORA reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions in relation to the usage and redemption of the ZVIP Voucher Codes without prior notice and without any liability to any party. All other terms and conditions in relation to the usage and redemption of promotional voucher codes located at www.zalora.com.my shall similarly apply to the ZVIP Voucher Code.

  23. The terms and conditions herein shall be read with Zalora’s Terms and Conditions for purchase of products from Zalora which can be found here: https://www.zalora.com.my/terms-of-use/ and Privacy Policy which can be found here: https://www.zalora.com.my/privacy-policy/ and all other relevant terms and conditions which can be found on www.zalora.com.my (collectively referred to as “General T&C”) unless otherwise specified. In the event of inconsistency between the General T&C and the terms and conditions herein, the latter shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency in relation to this Contest.
