Want to leave a review for the item you just bought or are keen to know what other customers think about an item you’ve been eyeing? Say hello to our new Ratings & Reviews feature! You can leave a review for items that you’ve already purchased and if approved, the review will be shown under the Review section of each product.
Note: please ensure that your review is informative and relevant to the particular product, in order to help other customers make an informed decision. We kindly advise you to be mindful of your language as well.
Ratings & Reviews are currently only available on the ZALORA app.
1. How To Leave A Rating & Review
Step 1: Log in to your ZALORA account. Then click “Account” and go to “Reviews”
Step 2: On the item that you want to rate (only items that have already been delivered to you can be rated), click how many stars you would like to rate the item
Step 3: Then select a tag as to why you've rated the item as such. The tags are dynamic and will depend on the star rating. You can also leave an optional comment to share further feedback about the item. If you would prefer to remain anonymous and not have your name displayed on the review, simply tick the “hide my first name” box
Step 4: Once you’re done, click “Submit” to complete your rating and review! To see your previous ratings, go back to "Reviews” and at the top, click on “Submitted”
