Excited to receive your new items? Save your card details on your ZALORA account to check out faster and more conveniently! However, if at any point, you would like to remove your saved card, read on to find out how.

 

Please note that, for the time being, these options are only available on desktop. However, you can save a new card on your ZALORA app on the "select payment mode" page at checkout.

 

Saving Your Card

Step One: Log In To Your ZALORA Account

Upon logging in to your ZALORA account, hover over the "My Account" symbol and click "My Store Credit". In the event you do not have a ZALORA account, please sign up for one in order to save your card details.

 

Step Two: Proceed To Add Your Card

1. Scroll down to "Your Cards" and click "Add New Card".

 

2. Then fill in the required card details and click "Add Card". Please ensure to double-check your details!

 

3. You will then be redirected to your banks' payment gateway which will charge you a one-time fee of USD 1.00 (subject to your banks' exchange rate) for verification. Upon successful verification, the money will be refunded back into your bank account. Please allow 2 -7 working days for the refund to reflect.


 

Removing Your Card

Step One: Log In To Your ZALORA Account

Upon logging in to your ZALORA account, hover over the "My Account" symbol and click "My Store Credit".

 

Step Two: Proceed To Remove The Card

Scroll down to "Your Cards". Then click on the trash can icon on your chosen card to remove it.
